It’s soft, it’s crunchy… it’s a vada pav Now at Dhanbad

Dhanbad : Goli Vada Pav inaugurates its first outlet of Jharkhand on the occassion of Akshya Tritiya at petrol pump, Bartand on 21st April in Dhanbad.

It is fast food. It is finger food and still it is mobile food. Yet it is spicy food. You named it? Yes, it is Vada Pav (A potato mixture sandwiched in between slices of pav).

Dhanbadites now will have an opportunity to taste it, according to Vikash Bajania, owner of the King outlet of Dhanbad, Goli Vada Pav.

At Goli Vada Pav, Mumbai’s favourite is available in 11 different varieties.

Bite-sized crisp cheese unglis, oozing cheese, potato and green peas; lambu po-rice along with lambu vada, vada lapet, vadamasala vada pav, bursting with the spicy-tangy dry garlic chutney so famous in Maharashtra; These are some of the snacks on offer at Goli Vada Pav.

Goli offer 11 varieties of vada pav, including mix veg and aloo tikki, with easy-on-the-pocket prices.

They start at Rs. 25 for a classic and go up to Rs. 50 for cheese and makka palak vada pav.

Then there is sabudana vada (Rs. 30), and it is time to check out the much-admired Maharashtrian delicacy.

Taste something studded with fried groundnut, but this one’s more basic. Just a golden-fried patty of sabudana spiked with chilli and fresh coriander.

All of them are served with a regular tomato sauce. If customer wishes to make it more interesting, ask for cheese toppings(Rs. 15), mayonnaise dip (Rs. 15) or the Schezwan sauce (Rs. 15).
Goli recently introduced a soya vada pav. Every vada pav comes in three versions - mayonnaise, Schezwan and cheese; that makes it 30 varieties to choose from!

At present Goli Vada Pav have more than 350 outlets in 18 state and 67 cities.
