Dhanbad : Police busted two sex rackets and arrested 12 people here on Tuesday.

After a tip-off, police raided a house in Nilanchal colony under Saraidhela police station and another at Ramjanpur under Jorapokhar police station.

“A couple who were operating the racket, four girls and three men were arrested from Ramjanpur locality. Two girls and three men were arrested from the house under

Saraidhela police station," said Bank More police station inspector Mohammed Alimuddin who led the operations.

DSP Amit Kumar said a special team was keeping a watch on the houses for over a fortnight. “Members of our team approached the racket kingpins as customers. Later police

raided the houses.”

“A case will be filed after interrogating the arrested people,” said Kumar.

On wednesday all the 12 accused send to the Dhanbad Jail.
